FREE 45 minute Lifestyle Assessment, 2x 30 minute reviews, combined with a bespoke package based on your goals and preferences.
Support is available either on the phone or in person at one of our clinics at several venues in Walsall.
Work together with your personal healthy lifestyle specialist to lose weight and make healthier lifestyle choices. During your 12-week lifestyle programme you can:
- Participate in our weekly Healthy Lifestyle Workshops
- Receive 12-week Slimming World Vouchers (eligibility criteria applies)
- Increase your knowledge on how to eat a healthy balanced diet
- Achieve and maintain a healthy weight in a way that works for you
- Make long lasting lifestyle changes

If you live, work or are registered with a GP in Walsall, you are eligible for our free 12-week healthy lifestyle programme, and if you are overweight we can support you to manage your weight healthily. We can also deliver initial health assessments and healthy lifestyle workshops at community groups, schools and workplaces.
