- FREE 12 week healthy lifestyle workshops which include sessions on self-care, mindfulness, sleep and relaxation
- Help to become more active
- Help you to access specialised support and counselling services

With our knowledge and compassion at the ready we can tailor and source whatever support you need to help you to improve your mood.
FACE TO FACE SUPPORT
Our 12 week Targeted programme focuses on emotional wellbeing, with some workshops dedicated to topics like self-care and stress management.
