Every mind matters is a national campaign for good mental health. It aims to make it easier for everyone to look after their own wellbeing and to improve their mental health by providing advice, tips and resources.

Having good mental health helps us relax more, achieve more and enjoy our lives more. We have expert advice and practical tips to help you look after your mental health and wellbeing.

We can help in many different ways:

  • FREE 12 week healthy lifestyle workshops which include sessions on self-care, mindfulness, sleep and relaxation
  • Help to become more active
  • Help you to access specialised support and counselling services

Our dedicated team of trained healthy lifestyle specialists are here to support you and find the right help at the right time.

With our knowledge and compassion at the ready we can tailor and source whatever support you need to help you to improve your mood.

FACE TO FACE SUPPORT

Our 12 week Targeted programme focuses on emotional wellbeing, with some workshops dedicated to topics like self-care and stress management.
