- FREE 12 week healthy lifestyle workshops which include sessions on self-care, mindfulness, sleep and relaxation
- Help you to access specialised support and counselling services
- Provide links for free self-care guides and tools
Our dedicated team of trained healthy lifestyle specialists are here to support you. We will tailor the advice and support we can offer to provide the right help for You.
In Walsall the emphasis is on ‘eight ways to wellbeing’.
This includes the five as recommended by the NHS:

- Learn new skills
- Give
- Pay attention (be mindful)

Spending time in green space or bringing nature into your everyday life can benefit both your mental and physical wellbeing. For example, doing things like growing food or flowers, exercising outdoors or being around animals can have lots of positive effects.
