Being physically active has many health benefits both physically and mentally. Regular exercise helps to improve mood, makes you feel happier and increases your energy levels. Regular exercise also assists weight management, decreases many health risks and increases life expectancy.

There are many ways to be active in Walsall, including accessing our parks and green spaces, our leisure centres, activity in our local communities, organised sport and much more.

One You Walsall will be offering face to face group exercise at a variety of community venues, priced at £3.00 per session (or £30 for the first 12 weeks)

  • Pelsall Village Centre – Tuesday afternoon
  • TBC – Wednesday evening 
  • Willenhall CHART – Thursday morning

Sessions are adapted to match your ability and you will be supported throughout by the team.

If you live, work or are registered with a GP in Walsall and you have attended an initial assessment with one of our healthy lifestyle specialists, you are eligible to attend our One You Walsall group exercise classes.
