FEEDBACK FROM OUR CLIENTS
Monique Fearon (Group HR Manager at JC-Payne):
‘During the 12 week health checks I have observed colleagues having health chats amongst each other regarding fitness classes, weight loss challenges and sugar intake to name a few. Many are now choosing healthier alternatives for breakfast and lunch and the fridge in the kitchen is no longer filled with fizzy drinks and unhealthy snacks. The office has significantly reduced the number take-away orders and a few have started going to the gym, swimming and walking to work a few times per week as opposed to driving. The health checks have had a positive impact on colleagues and has helped motivate many to make positive lifestyle changes with regards to their health and wellbeing.’
